AvGas (Aviation Gasoline) is the most commonly used fuel in small aviation.
Avgas 100LL
Avgas is the most commonly used Aviation Gasoline. Dyed blue in color, it was designed for the high powered piston fighter aircraft of World Ward II and has been in use ever since.
Avgas UL94
With a Motor Octane Number (MON) of 94. UL94 is similar to Avgas100LL, yet it is an unleaded gasoline. It is currently the highest rated unleaded aviation fuel in volume production.
Avgas UL91
Designed as an unleaded aviation gasoline for the light aircraft market, UL91 has a Motor Octane Number (MON) of 91
Avgas 100LL
100LL is the most common gasoline in General Aviation, Avgas100LL is dyed blue.
Avgas UL94
Avgas UL94 is chemically identical to 100LL, but without the added TetraEthylLead (TEL).
Avgas UL91
Originally designed as an unleaded Avgas variant for Light Aviation. Has a MON of 91.
Other variants
A number of future Avgas replacements are under development and some have even been certified.
